Arizona entities must complete a series of publication requirements, otherwise face the possibility of dissolution. For example the publication of the Articles of Organization, must be completed within 60 days of approval. - preparing the legal notice
- publishing the notice in three consecutive publications in the county of the place of business, in accordance with the statute
- obtaining the Affidavits of Publication from the newspapers and delivering them to you to keep with your corporate records
- providing you with which newspapers have been designated
