The Texas Secretary of State’s Office is currently experiencing issues with their document conversion system.  This issue is effecting Certified Copies and Certificates of Fact on newly formed entities.  All filings submitted via walk-in service are not effected unless an additional Certified Copy is requested in which case the copy request will be delayed.  Thank you for your patience while they work through the issue.
